Patrick Thomas Feistel

Biography

The Lord saved me on June 27th, 2002 at Bible Baptist Church in Brunswick, Ga.

Soon after, the Lord called me to preach the Gospel. I was led to attend Victory Baptist Bible College under Dr. Steve Hurte. I graduated in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in pastoral theology. Upon graduation, I was called fulltime into the prison ministry. In 2008, I married my wife Julie, and now have two children at home named Tucker and Sara. We are active members of Lakeside Baptist Church in Clearwater, Sc. I am currently working on my master's degree through South East Bible College under Pastor Michael Brendel.

Burden

I was suicidal under the weight of my sinful life when the Lord saved me. Understanding the depths of hopelessness and the utter despair of a broken life, I am burdened with the urgency to get the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those in the direst of situations a sinful life can lead one into. Satan loves to keep people in the dark and blinded to Jesus. It is my burden to be a light of Jesus to others as others have been a light to me.

2Co 4:3-6 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.\

Beliefs

I am an Independent Fundamental Baptist Preacher, I am not ashamed to say that I only use a King James Bible and I believe in the ministry of the local New Testament Church ( of which I am a missionary sent out of). I am not Calvinist, I am not pentecostal, I am not Ecumenical in my beliefs or representation. I do have a God-given love for people, to love them enough to reach them where they are, and encourage each to grow in their personal relationship and knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I hold 2 Timothy 2:24-25 dear to my heart as I minister every day.
